Tally-ho Rally-O

Today mom and I are very busy getting the (new) refrigerator fixed and packing up the car to go to the dog show. Mike's babysitter is coming to stay with him. He's having a bit of trouble lately with walking and standing up, so it's better if he doesn't have to get in and out of the car. Jewel, annoyingly, is coming with.

Here's a couple of photos, the first is me doing a stay (I do hate that flash), and the second one is me summer before last when I was about 8 weeks old. I was much cuter, smarter, and nicer than Jewel, if I do say so myself.

I have a good stay, as long as there's nothing better to do

This is me when I was a puppy, in case you were wondering what I looked like

Splash you are very handsome now and you were an adorable puppy. My Mom didn't adopt me till I was 10 1/2 years old so she never saw me as a puppy. I was really cute...kind of like a black hamster. That Ditto the Lemon Beagle Puppy is a darn cute youngster too.

Mom and I saw and 8 week old Beagle puppy at the animal hospital last week and we couldn't stop laughing he was so cute!

Which raises the age-old eternal question -- is there anything cuter than a puppy? And, and the evolutionary-related question -- why are puppies so cute? Did cave people prefer "cute" puppies?

Splash, you were a very cute puppy and you still are! I don't think I have ever seen a puppy that wasn't cute. Even our "little Lab monster" Stella at least has cuteness going for her. :-)
Good luck at the dog show!!!

You were and still are a cutie. Like Sam, I wasn't adopted until later in life. So ne puppy pictures. Sometimes humans think I'm a puppy because of my 'puppy' face. I sure don't feel like a puppy.
I hope you did well at the rally today.
